Accomplishments

Our success has impacted the entire community by producing well over 17.4 million dollars in real estate sales.

•Over 90% of our clients have received some form of assistance which can include up to
  $15,000 in the form of a forgivable loan over a five year period.

•We are providing rental assistance for disabled clients of Madison Haywood Developmental
 Services through five (5) newly built three-bedroom homes in Madison and Hardeman counties.

•We have built or rehabbed 40 homes in the West Tennessee area in the past six (6) years.

•Our Jonathan Edwards Neighborhood Project has realized over $190,000 in real estate sales
 for a targeted area.

•Over the past fourteen (14) years, we have helped bring affordable housing to more than 270
 families.
