Homebuyer’s Education Class Information & Schedule

Classes are provided to give you the steps needed to buy a home. These classes are free and will also satisfy lender and grant assistance program requirements when you buy a home. You must complete both four hour classes in order to receive your Homebuyer Education Certificate. This eight hour pre-purchase education will provide general instruction to increase your knowledge and build new skills about the home-buying process

Classes are from 4:45-8:45 p.m. at Affordable Housing CDC
You must complete the two 4-hour classes for a total of 8 hours.

**REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED**

A $5.00 deposit is required to be put on the list to attend. This will be refunded in full when you attend both of the scheduled classes. The $5.00 will be forfeited if you fail to contact us if you are unable to attend your scheduled class or if you do not complete both classes within a six (6) month time frame.

•November 18 and November 25, 2008
•December 9 and December 16, 2008
•January 6 and January 13, 2009
•February 21, 2009 ***SATURDAY CLASS 9:00 a.m - 4: 30 p.m.**
•March 17 and March 24, 2009
