As a non-profit organization established in 1994 by local government,
business and community leaders, we provide the following programs and
services:

Building new affordable housing for qualified low to moderate income* applicants.

Information and contacts for down-payment assistance.

Grant assistance for new or rehabbed homes to income qualified* applicants.

Partnering with a local agency to provide the disabled with attainment of decent and affordable rental housing.
