A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was held for our three most recent homebuyers on Stonewall Street. This ceremony represented the completion of Phase 1 of the Jonathan Edwards Neighborhood Improvement Project which was made possible through the Tennessee Housing Development Agency’s Housing Trust Fund Grant.
