Homebuyer's Financial Assistance

AHCDC assists clients that are financially and income qualified in three important areas:

1.We can provide information and contacts to obtain low-cost financing and down payment
   assistance up to $5,000.

2.Through Tennessee Housing Development Agency, AHCDC offers a program with 0%
   financing on 75% of the cost of a new home that we build.

3.Financial assistance may be available up to $14,999 in the form of a 5 year forgivable grant to
   make your home purchase more affordable.

The maximum assistance in most programs or combination of programs is $20,000 and is also limited to the amount the buyer actually needs.

Financial assistance for all programs is provided based on meeting AHCDC requirements for counties being served, HUD and/or THDA income guidelines as well as lender credit requirements. Click here ahcd@bellsouth.net to email an AHCDC counselor or call (731) 422-1366 to request more information.
