Sponsors & Partnerships
U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) works through both state and local government agencies to provide financial support for programs like ours. Various local sources, especially those in the financial community, are generously responsible for tax-exempt charitable gifts which allow us to continue and expand our program activities.
There is also an important role for general sponsors and if your business is operating in West Tennessee, please consider joining us in our “Welcome Home!” gift certificates program. You can provide new home owners with in-store credits, overstocked inventory items, or your choice of home products needed by those acquiring a home for the first time.
Since our agency’s inception, we have had the support of many contributing sponsors. A special “thank you” goes to those that provide their significant ongoing financial support and volunteer hours. . .

Donations
Affordable Housing CDC is a not-for-profit 501 C-3 tax exempt agency that receives public and private funding. Matching dollars from private donors are essential to help us accomplish our mission and create better communities.
It only takes a private donation of $10,000 to make it possible for one new home to be built for an eligible participant. If you desire more information on how you can help low-to-moderate income families become homeowners or would like to provide a donation, please contact us.
Please mail your tax-deductible gift to:
